Please find below some information about various HC3S promotions and initiatives available in Hampshire primary schools.

Picnic Lunches
From April to October 2010, HC3S will be providing nutritionally balanced picnic lunches as an additional option.  The picnic lunch contains a main item, crunchy vegetable sticks, fruit juice and a dessert item ie. ice cream, biscuit, sponge. 

The provision of picnic lunches is at the discretion of the school.

Theme Days
There will be two theme days during the Autumn term - Harvest Festival and Bonfire Lunch.   These are of course in addition to the Christmas Lunch.

We have added another mini site to the group of 'My School Lunch' sites and this one is all about water.  Our character, Danny, explains the importance of water to children, the need to drink and its affect on our bodies.

There is a quiz and activity sheets for children, and a teacher resource section will be added soon.
