Hope you are all enjoying the Tom Daley site where you can watch videos, read Tom's blog, find out more about diving, swimming and gymnastics, download activity sheets and much more.

My favourite section on the site is the interview videos where young people ask Tom questions and you get to see Tom answering them. He has also learnt lots about Tom's daily training and diet and why nutrition is so important to an elite athlete like Tom.
