Kitchen work is term time only, making it an ideal job to fit around family commitments, to return to work after a career break or even as your first job after school.

Bridgend Catering Services are an accredited Investor in People employer, offering excellent rates of pay starting from £5.80/ £6.02 and working hours starting from 1 hour per day, over the lunchtime period.

No previous experience is necessary as we provide full on the job training and continuous support from our management team. Routes to gain qualifications and a contributory pensions scheme are some of the other benefits .

Example of Responsibilities

• To assist in the preparation and serving of meals
• Daily preparation of the counter and dining room
• Cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas
• Stock taking and ordering
