The breakfast club at Cefn Glas Infants School had a surprise visitor on Tuesday 5^th November.

Former Wales and Cardiff Blues rugby star Craig Quinnell dropped in and spent the morning serving the cereal and toast and talking to the children about why it is important to eat a healthy  breakfast every day.

"Our Breakfast Club is an exciting new initiative for our school and has proved to be very popular. Our pupils enjoy starting the day by eating a healthy breakfast whilst socialising with their friends."
