Norma Griffiths, Group Manager of Catering Services:
“Being healthy is not just about eating the right foods, it’s also about ensuring you get a healthy amount of exercise too. We want the children of Bridgend make exercise a part of their daily life and Adventures Outdoor Activity Centre was the perfect place to highlight this.
A big thank you has to also be given to the Bridgend Ravens for donating the 1st prize.
We would not be able to run our healthy initiatives without the generosity of local business like Adventures and the Ravens which enable us to encourage the children of Bridgend County Borough to make the right choices when it comes to healthy living.”
