Caerphilly County Borough Council is the first council in Wales to launch its very own website dedicated to school meals and educating children on healthy eating and nutrition.

The AFAL award winning Catering Services will stage the second phase of the official launch of this website at:

Libanus Primary School, Libanus Rd, Blackwood, on the 12th of November at 9.00am.

There will be an opportunity to see the website projected on a large screen and a chance to watch pupils competing for the highest score in one of the many interactive games on the website.

Tea and coffee will be available.

www.myschoollunch.co.uk/caerphilly is a comprehensive website that aims to educate children and parents to the benefits of eating a healthy diet and encourages users to discover more about Caerphilly County Borough Council's school meals and its commitment to healthy eating. The website has previously won the prestigious marketing Award from Local Authority Caters Association.
