Tennis fever is in the air and to celebrate we have a strawberry themed recipe that you can make with your child at home. It is quick and easy to make and is a great way of encouraging your child to eat some of their 5-a-day.
Enjoy this delicious drink whilst watching Wimbledon!
Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie
150g (5oz) strawberries (hulled)
150ml (1/4 pint) pineapple juice
150g (5 oz) strawberry yoghurt
Makes 400ml (14 fl oz)
Roughly chop the strawberries and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. Place the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice and yoghurt in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass, add a couple of ice cubes and decorate with strawberries.
