• Eat healthily
• Get active
• Learn about the world
• Be a responsible person

I don't want to bore you but this is the secret of my glossy coat, strong athletic body and sparkling eyes….

• I eat a good diet (lots of fruit and veg)
• I take lots of exercise
• I love my solo sports and team games
• I drink lots of milk and water
• I don't snack in between meals
• I brush my teeth twice a day
• I get lots of sleep

I stay happy by getting involved in lots of different activities, being considerate to others and helping out whenever I can.
