Pupils at Beaver Road Primary School enjoyed traditional Spanish dishes at their special themed lunch.

The children had the chance to experience a wide range of typical dishes from Spain, from the menu below, including Valencian chicken and meatballs in tomato sauce.  For dessert, pupils could sample Polvorones - traditional almond biscuits. 

The lunch was popular with many children enjoying the dishes that Sandra and her team had made. The dining room was decorated Spanish-style with specially created Spanish menus, flags, bunting and posters about life in Spain.
