Kookie Clown wants you to grow up fit and healthy so here are Kookie's top five tips to keeping fit and healthy -

  1. Make sure you have breakfast before school starts - it will help you concentrate and enjoy your lessons more.
  2. Eat a balanced diet - have a mixture of foods, see the balance of good health food wheel.
  3. Exercising and playing sports will help keep your heart healthy.
  4. Try to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day - they are really tasty and good for you!
  5. Try not to eat too much sugary or sweet foods like chocolate bars and sweeties as they can harm you teeth.
