It is with great pleasure that we can now confirm that the School Meals Service in Northumberland has once again fulfilled the criteria in the Charter Mark standard.
Charter Mark is a national customer service standard to help everyone in the organisation focus on and improve customer service.
Charter Mark operates as a quality improvement tool and encourages organisations to focus upon their strength and strive for continual development.
