It
is really important to take regular
exercise. This keeps all our muscles
and joints working properly and it
helps keep the heart healthy for pumping
blood around the body.
Swimming is a great exercise because
it uses the whole body. You have to
use your arms and your legs in all
the swimming strokes. You will be
learning to swim at school but you
can also have swimming lessons at
local leisure centres or perhaps an
adult can help teach you next time
you are on holiday.
