In September our schools participated in National School Meals Week and as part of this event pupils having a school meal had the opportunity to enter our competion.

North Yorkshire County Council provided four prizes for winning pupils of a £20 gift voucher and for the schools of the winning pupils there will be a performance of captain Cholesterol and the Grannies from mars by the Quantum Theatre Group.

The four schools that will receive a performance are:

Goathland Primary School, Whitby

Leyburn Primary School

Western Primary School, Harrogate

Spofforth CE School
