Here are Cyril's top tips to help you enjoy everything you eat:
- Choose what you eat sensibly and have a mixture of foods
- Try to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day - they are really good for you
- Try not to eat too many sweets and chocolates as they can harm your teeth
- Make sure you have breakfast every day before school - it will help you concentrate and enjoy lessons more
- Take lots of exercise - why not walk to school or play games with your friends
- Have plenty of water to drink, especially when the weather is hot.
