A is for All
All food is fun and great to eat

B is for Balance
You need a range of different foods over the week and to combine that with daily exercise

C is for choice
You can have a choice of healthy school meals five days a week


Here are Cyril's top tips to help you enjoy everything you eat:

  • Choose what you eat sensibly and have a mixture of foods
  • Try to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day - they are really good for you
  • Try not to eat too many sweets and chocolates as they can harm your teeth
  • Make sure you have breakfast every day before school - it will help you concentrate and enjoy lessons more
  • Take lots of exercise - why not walk to school or play games with your friends
  • Have plenty of water to drink, especially when the weather is hot.
