Children at Berridge Junior School took part in an exciting event last month to launch www.mycookeryclub.co.uk.  Kitchen, Get, Set, Go involved two teams of a chef, parent and child cooking a meal in just 30 minutes.  The red fruits battled against the green vegetables to cook a chicken dish with the ingredients provided.  They did not know what the ingredients were until moments before the clock began ticking.  During the cooking the children cheered on the teams and watched the cooking process.

When the time was up children and teachers had to hold up cards with either green vegetables or red fruits.  The red fruits were declared the winners.
