Greenwood Junior School is planning a series of theme days. The first is a Caribbean Day that is taking place on the 11th June and features Caribbean Chicken, Quorn Curry with Naan Bread, rice and kidney beans with sweet potatoes and followed by tropical fruit salad with a mini shortbread or pineapple upside down cake.

The next event is on the 2nd July and celebrates the Czech Republic. On the menu is Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings followed by stewed fruit and custard. Another theme day is taking place on 17th September with a Polish Day. On the menu that day are meat balls with potatoes and vegetables with apple cake to follow.
