Tennis fever is hitting Salford as Wimbledon starts this month. Have you ever watched Wimbledon on the TV before? Terry Dactyl (TD) loves watching tennis and this year will be cheering on Britain's, Andy Murray. TD thinks he has been fantastic this year and hopes he wins Wimbledon.

In the summer TD goes to the local tennis court to play with his friends. It's a great sport to play as it gets you outdoors and helps keep you fit. You must remember to warm up and cool down properly though to avoid injuries.

Tennis can either be played as singles, where 2 people play or as doubles where 4 people play. At Wimbledon there is men and women's doubles as well as mixed doubles where one male and one female play as a team.
