It's so important that we look after bodies. Terry Dactyl has created ten great tips to help keep you fit and healthy:
1. Make sure you eat breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day and it will help you concentrate and enjoy your lessons more.
2. Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables each day (if possible).
3. Eat a mixture of foods with lots of fruit and vegetables, why not try one of our healthy meals on the new school menu.
4. Drink plenty of water in school and at home.
5. Try not to eat too many sweets and chocolates as they can harm your teeth.
6. Make sure you brush your teeth twice a day.
7. Try to do lots of exercise and enjoy it.
8. Get plenty of sleep.
9. Try to have foods with fibre in such as whole grain bread, jacket potatoes because they help you digest your food easier. It also makes it easier to go to the toilet.
10. Have a healthy school meal as often as you can.
