As the nights are becoming darker and the weather gets colder, it's easy to forget about eating healthy and doing lots of exercise you did in the summer. Instead we like to sit by the fire, watch and television or play on the computer.
Eating lots of salad and fruit is not as much fun. So, perhaps instead of salad, you might try more vegetables - of course, you get the chance to have fruit (in a hot pudding with custard) and vegetables as part of your school meal. Try to make sure you drink plenty of water each day, if you are playing or if you do any sport activities. When the weather gets really cold you need to make sure you stay hydrated and the best way is drinking lots of fresh water, sometimes it nice to have a warm milky drink you keep to warm especially before you go to bed, as this will help you sleep.
