Max and Min want you to grow up fit and healthy so here are our top five tips to keeping you growing right and feeling bright:-

  • Make sure you have breakfast before school – it helps you concentrate and enjoy your lessons more.
  • Eat a balanced diet – have a variety of foods in the right quantities.  See the balance of good health food wheel.
  • Exercise regularly.  Exercise helps to keep your heart healthy.
  • Try to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.
  • Try not to eat too much sugary or sweet foods like chocolate bars and sweets, as they can harm your teeth – remember to brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day.
