Southampton pupil Victoria Holloway, a student at Bitterne Manor Primary School has scooped a magnificent prize in the My School Lunch monthly Cookery Club web site competition.  Victoria beat entries from across the country to win £200 of Argos vouchers in the March recipe competition of the "My Cookery Club" website with her winnning recipe of Rice Kirspies cakes with dried fruits.

The judges thought that Victoria's entry combined a long standing childrens favourite with a healthy twist - just the thing to persuade children to eat more fruit.

Victoria received her prize from Carol Hart, City Catering Area Manager, at an assembly at the school.
