My School Lunch

All you have to do is download the summer safety activity sheet for your age group below. Print it and then fill in the answers. Once you have finished the sheet, hand it to a member of your school kitchen staff. Make sure you download the right activity sheet for your age, based on how old you are on 31st August.

About the goody bag The goody bag is full of things to do and play with at weekends and in holidays. There is an Official Licensed 2006 FIFA World Cup™ Football, a Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ Happy Families Game and a foldaway Frisbee. Plus a fantastic Creative Projects Kit from Inspired by Avery® with loads of things to do and make. About the drama day Each goody bag winner will be entered in to the National competition to win 1 of 5 drama days for you and your class. During the drama day you will have fun learning about a healthy lifestyle and practice and perform a special play with your friends.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This promotion is open to school children in participating local authorities with a My School Lunch website. 2. All completed entries will be reviewed by the child’s school and one in each age group sent to the local authority catering service to judge the goody bag winners. 50 goody bags have been split between all participating authorities, all authorities will award at least 1 goody bag per age group. 3. All activity sheets completed by goody bag winners will be sent to My School Lunch to be judged by an independent qualified primary school teacher and the 5 drama days will be awarded. 4. No responsibility will be accepted for lost entries. 5. The closing date of the competition is 30th September 2006. The local authority competition will be judged on Tuesday 10th October and the National competition on Wednesday 25th October 2006. 6. Only 1 entry per person is permitted. 7. Winners of all prizes will be notified via their school and prizes sent and drama days arranged within 28 days of the judging. 8. Winners names will not be disclosed without prior permission except for the purpose of awarding the prizes. 9. The prizes are not transferable and no cash or credit alternative is available. 10. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. 11. This competition is for 4 to 11 year olds only as of 31st August 2006 and entrants may only take part in this competition with the permission of their teacher, parent or guardian. 12. No person who is in the immediate family of an employee of any of the participating local authorities or who is otherwise directly connected with the competition is eligible to enter the competition. 13. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 14. No purchase necessary. 15.
