Commercial Services would like to congratulate Rachel Long from Ashley School and Chris Hall from Long Ditton St Mary's School for their entries in the Finishing Touches competition at the LACA (Local Authority Caterers Association) Conference in July. Rachel was awarded a certificate of merit for her novelty cake, and Chris won bronze with her bread rolls. The standard was very high and we are delighted with the results.
