Well, all good things must come to an end, and the party atmosphere that overtook Melbourne for the past few weeks reached a climax with one of the biggest shows Melbourne has ever seen.

The Closing Ceremony included 1000 Dame Edna Everages, 1000 Bollywood dancers, chart-topping pop and rock acts, almost as many fireworks as the opening ceremony and a huge party for the athletes.
