Meat balls in a rich spicy sauce served with pasta. Lovely as a main course or supper.

Ingredients
- Red Pepper 62 grams
- Green Pepper 62 grams
- Tomatoes (tinned) 87 grams
- Turkey (minced) 175 grams
- Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- Chilli (powder) 1/4 teaspoon
- Water 125 ml
- Pasta (tagliatelle) 56 grams
- One Egg
- Stuffing Mix (sage & onion) 156 grams
Method
- Mix together the turkey, stuffing, egg, seasoning and oregano.
- Divide into 16 balls and place in tins.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F.
- Chop the peppers and add to the tomatoes. Heat with the water and chilli powder and pour over the meatballs.
- Cook the tagliatelle and serve with the meatballs.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with extra vegetables or a side salad.
