Mighty Max paid a visit to Lee Matthews Black Belt Academy to brush up his martial arts skills and found himself out numbered by a group of little ninjas.

There are 3 types of classes available:

• The Little Ninja class is a foundation course in martial arts designed to improve the basic motor skills of children aged between 4 and 7 years.
• The Children's Karate class is for children aged between 8 and 11 years and provides a very dynamic and exciting program working on building confidence, discipline, self control, and respect as well as having fun.
• There is also an adult program for total beginners of any fitness level where they can come to kick and punch themselves to fitness with the challenging but safe triple fat burning work out.
