Every month trigger puts in a recipe into East London's local paper called East Life and every month we encourage you to read and cook the recipe published.  As a reward for cooking the recipe Trigger is giving the winner £25 worth of gift vouchers.

A winner has been chosen for the Lemon Chicken recipe.  The mother (Mrs L. Signore) and daughter (Anna Louise Signore) combo from Bonner Primary School sent in photos of the finished product. Mrs L. Signore said,

"I saw this in the local paper and thought of my daughter. She loves to cook, so I thought she could have a go. She made it for everyone even for her vegetarian brother by marinading prawns instead of chicken. She served it with vegetable rice and parmesan cheese".
