Basil says

“PAWS for thought!
I’m lucky to have glossy fur and sparkling eyes!.  Even though you don’t have a coat like mine, growing up can be as much fun as a Teddy Bears Picnic ….. if you follow the BEAR necessities of Life!”

Here are some of my favourites:

I eat lots of these:

  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Rice
  • Pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Breakfast Cereal
  • Fruit Juice

I eat some of these:

  • Fish
  • Meat
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Yoghurt
  • Beans and Pulses

I eat a little of these:

  • Chocolate
  • Sugar
  • Sweeties

Basil’s Recipe for a strong athletic body:

  • Be sure to eat a variety of foods
  • Always brush your teeth in the morning and before you go to bed
  • Stay fit by playing sport

Remember  - what fun it is to eat with your friends and try to eat lots of fruit and vegetables to keep you healthy.
